Private job insecurity

Now a days it's always come in mind that if by chance in some year when company don't want more employee ...so it's always having insecurity feeling for private job ..as per reasearch it's  found that 60 perc. Of indian population who work in private sector work more than there working time due to insecurity feeling..

As there is only source of income for complete family .so it's always be suggestion that if possible there willl be another source of income as a back up
